Organize PDF pages: reorder, rotate, delete

Organize PDF shows every page of a document as a thumbnail and lets you fix its structure in one place. Drag pages into a new order, rotate the ones that were scanned sideways, and delete anything that doesn't belong.

Choose a PDF to organize Accepts: One PDF file. Free, no sign-up.

Your files are processed inside this browser tab and are not uploaded to Maher PDF. Please read the Privacy Policy before working with sensitive documents.

It is the right tool when a scan came out in the wrong order, when a page needs to move to an appendix, or when a few pages need rotating but the rest are fine.

How to use Organize PDF

  1. Tap Choose a PDF to organize and pick your file.
  2. Drag thumbnails to move pages. On a phone, press and drag; on a computer, click and drag.
  3. Use the buttons under a page to rotate it or remove it.
  4. Tap Save reorganized PDF to download the result.

Key features

  • Per-page rotation, unlike Rotate PDF which turns every page.
  • Drag-and-drop ordering with live thumbnails.
  • Delete pages in the same step as reordering.
  • Page content is preserved at original quality.

Supported files

Input: one PDF. Output: a reorganized PDF. To combine several files and then organize them, use Merge PDF, which includes the same page review step.

Privacy and security

Thumbnails are drawn and the new file is built inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Common problems

Dragging doesn't work on my phone.
Press and hold the thumbnail for a moment before moving it, and make sure you are not scrolling the page at the same time. A larger screen or landscape mode can help with long documents.

Tips

  • For a document with hundreds of pages, split it into sections first, organize each, then merge them back together.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rotate just one page?

Yes. Organize PDF rotates individual pages. If every page needs the same rotation, Rotate PDF is faster.

Will my bookmarks still work after reordering?

Page content is kept, but document bookmarks and internal links may not follow pages to their new positions. Check them if your document relies on them.
