Convert Excel to PDF

Excel to PDF turns a spreadsheet into a PDF that anyone can open, even without Excel. Every sheet in the workbook is included, each one headed by its sheet name, and the tables are laid out on landscape A4 pages so more columns fit.

Your files are processed inside this browser tab and are not uploaded to Maher PDF. Please read the Privacy Policy before working with sensitive documents.

The converter shows cell values in a simple bordered grid. Cell colours, conditional formatting, charts, and print areas set in Excel are not carried over. For a quick, readable copy of the data it works well; for a formatted report, Excel's own export gives more control.

Common problems

Wide sheets look small.
Very wide tables are scaled down to fit the page. Hide unneeded columns in Excel, or split the data across sheets, before converting.
Charts are missing.
Charts and images aren't included in this conversion. Export from Excel if you need them.

Tips

  • Delete empty rows and columns at the edges of your sheet; they still take up space in the output.

Frequently asked questions

Are hidden sheets included?
